Life Groups

Life Groups are a way to make friends and experience real community, designed to help you grow in a relational understanding of God. We have several life groups across Sunshine, Cairnlea, Taylors Hill, Hoppers Crossing, Werribee and also caters for other interests such as youth, young adults or young families.

Mighty Men

Mighty Men is the men’s ministry. We believe that it is an integral part of today’s church to encourage and equip men to fulfill the call of God in all areas of marriage, family, work, and church. Our desire is to see men stand up for justice, truth, honour and godliness. Come enjoy biblically grounded and practical fellowship to discuss and tackle common needs, challenges and interests that men face on a daily basis.

Gracious Women

We have a strong desire to see women of all ages and backgrounds flourish, empowered and united to overcome the challenges in today’s society. Our Ministry aims to encourage women to embrace their gifts and value in Christ so that they are empowered to change the world around them. This is a call to all women seeking to grow in womanhood and sisterhood through practical teaching, personal encouragement and close-knit relationships.

Young Adults

The Young Adult ministry caters to adults aged 19 and above. The group tackles life issues associated with early adulthood through a biblical study, fellowship and group prayer. The Young Adult ministry is run fortnightly on Thursdays.

Jeneration Youth

Jeneration Youth is the Youth Ministry of Word of Life, led by Zelmick De Los Reyes. Our desire is to see young people walk with Jesus and be equipped to lead others to Him. Youth services run every Saturday at 6:30pm.

Kids

Word of Life Christian Church values the lives of the youngest members of our community. It is our personal view that what we sow into the lives of our children today will manifest in the future. Therefore, it is our mission to provide an environment where they can grow in the knowledge, truth and love that is in Jesus so that they can be all that God calls them to be.
